About This Service
Amtico & Karndean in Surrey
Elite Flooring Surrey are expert installers of Amtico and Karndean luxury vinyl tile (LVT). These premium flooring ranges offer the authentic look of wood, stone, and slate with the practical benefits of vinyl — durable, waterproof, and easy to maintain.
Craig and his sons have been fitting Amtico and Karndean for over 25 years, mastering complex pattern-cuts including herringbone, chevron, parquet, and bespoke border inlays. The precision required for LVT means your fitter's skill matters as much as the product itself.
We carry sample boards for your free home visit, so you can see exactly how different designs look in your own light before committing to anything.
